We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective, damaged, or the product(s) received do not match the products ordered. If you receive a defective item, please contact us by visiting our "Contact" page with details of the product and the defect.
We utilize a company separate from ourselves to fulfill and ship our orders on a made-to-order basis; therefore, we do not hold any inventory of any of our products and as a result cannot accept returns or provide exchanges for any orders that meet any of the following criteria:
- Incorrect size,
- Incorrect item accidentally ordered,
- Incorrect shipping address provided,
- Less-than-ideal fit,
- Buyer's remorse,
- Product no longer needed
We will only provide replacements if the product(s) in your order are:
- The products received do not match the products ordered
In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective or differs from that which was originally ordered, please contact us by visiting our "Contact" page with details of the product and the defect or shipment error.
3. Order Cancellations
In rare circumstances, we will have the ability to cancel an order if 1. cancellation is necessary and 2. a request to do so is communicated to us prior to the start of the fulfillment process.
Once the product has entered the fulfillment stage of the order process, the order cannot be canceled for any reason.
If we receive your request to cancel your order via our "Contact" page within the necessary time frame (the window for cancellation varies based on the demands of the fulfillment centers), your order will be canceled and we will confirm the cancellation with you via the email address you provide in your contact submission.
